Position : Admin & HR Executive
– Making for Hotel Booking and keep contract
– Carry Social Security Board (SSB) fees (Filing and monthly payment to Government office).
– Informed to SSB office and bring them for medical checkup when every new staff joining.
– Assists for Personal Income tax (PIT), request for PIT Tax slip at Township Tax officer and
make payment at Myanmar Economic Bank.
– Assists for Rental quotation and sale quotation file.
– Follow up for Rental quotation to get customer signature by respective person.
– Assists Re-new for Business License of each individual Crane and office car license and
wheel tax (Keep and update which vehicle going to expiry).
– Assists for the Company license card re-newal , tax certificate ( Form 2 ) and YCDC
– Preparing receipt voucher for the customers.
– Collection of cash and cheque from our customer and bank in by daily basis.
– Filing for bank slip and cheque payment voucher.(After collecting the cash process)
– Preparing and arrange for Telegraphic Transfer to Singapore for the payment of Equipment.
– Preparing and assists for Tax related issue (request to Tax officer to issue Form 31 , give
to customer that Form 31 before our cash collection , issue Commercial Tax (CT ) slip
monthly and make payment to Myanmar Economic bank.)
– Preparing Steel Plate Rental Chart. Assists for issuing rental invoices.
– Preparing and assists for monthly overtime payment of the staff and double check with
– Preparing and arrange for Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) to Singapore for the Re-payment of
– Apply and extension for vehicle insurance (Crane and office car) Monitoring for the expire
date, Filing for Insurance policy, terms and conditions.
– Communicate with Insurance Companies (IKBZ insurance, Global World Insurance).
– Prepare report for Crane Movement Chart and weekly report to Managing Director at every
– Prepare report for Rental List for Steel Plate Chart.
– Weekly Sale Report Graph and Equipment Rental report.
– Monitor for Office internet when expiry date than top up for internet bill.
– Assists for buying safety equipment.
– Assists for writing and filing for the payment voucher
– Assists for writing and filing for the advance voucher
– University graduated with BBA (specialization in HR)
– Can drive motor car and have driver license
– Conservation Level for speaking and written in English Language
– Must have experience in Foreign Company or Construction Company
– Minimum of Three Years experiences Executive Leve in Admin/HR/Logistics.
